What can I eat? Our program uses all grocery store food. You'll be eating things like meat, potatoes, breads, pasta, fruits and vegetables just to name a few. You can get started with the foods that are in your cupboards and refrigerator right now! Your coach will help you make the best decisions when you eat at restraunts or fast food places.
