Shawn Bollig ~ Owner/Advanced Trainer/Lifestyle Coach
Shawn is a Certified Pilates Instructor and Nutrition Coach; as well as an Advanced Personal Trainer. She loves to educate people on the importance of wellness for not only themselves but their families in their day to day lives, as well as helping them develop and reach their fitness goals.
Shawn is a big proponent of the mind-body-spirit connection and realized a dream when she opened Energy Center four years ago. She's lived in the Mount Horeb area the majority of her life and remains an active member in the community. Whether it's playing on the local softball and volleyball leagues, helping out at the Farmer's Market, serving as a Rotarian, or sitting on the Board of Directors for the Gonstead Clinic, Shawn is always an energetic and visible member of the village.
Jayne Fassbender ~ Personal Trainer / Lead Instructor
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Instructor Certified,Weight and Lifestyle Management Certified, Pilates Mat Certified. Jayne has been teaching group fitness classes throughout the area for over 12 years. While at The YMCA of Dane County she developed and implemented a 12 Week Personal Fitness Program which helped people modify their behavior to make fitness and well being an essential part of their lives.
Her mother says she was born moving and she never stops. She would love nothing better than to share that love of movement with you!
Deb Lange ~ Personal Trainer / Group X Instructor
Deb Lange is a certified personal trainer and fitness professional with over eight years of experience. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a certified Piyo instructor. Deb teaches a wide variety of classes ranging from sculpt and core classes to cardio / interval classes.
Deb designs her classes to challenge all major muscle groups using a wide variety of exercises, weights, resistance bands, stability and medicine balls, as well as using body weight as resistance. Some of the benefits her members see in their everyday lives include; increased energy, enhanced appearance, and an overall feeling of well being. Most importantly, they feel motivated to continue working out and improving their health outside of classes they take.
Kate Churchill ~ Personal Trainer / Group X Instructor
Kate holds a bachelors degree in health promotion/strength & conditioning from UW-Stevens Point.
A certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, Kate has a passion for preventative health and hopes to teach people how wellness can be personalized to fit in every lifestyle. She believes that small changes now, can add up to become large factors in preventative disease in the future.
In her free time, Kate enjoys camping, cooking and has competed in several half marathons.
Holly Krook ~ Yoga Instructor
Holly Krook, ND graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 2000 where she earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Holly believes in a holistic approach to not only health, but life. She practices what she calls "traditional medicine in modern times."
In February 2011 she obtained her yoga teacher certificate in Brookfield, WI. Holly believes a yoga practice can provide anyone an effective way to reduce stress, strengthen the body, increase energy levels, and create a sense of well being. She looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm for yoga with you in her class.
Karn Vike ~ Massage Therapist
A native of Stoughton, Wisconsin, Karn Vike graduated from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage in 2010 with high honors, specializing in the Medical track and neuromuscular therapy.
Karn's goal is to help you find natural ways to alleviate your current aches and pains, and to help you prevent them in the future, through the healing power of massage. Karn will be adding hot stone massage and reiki to her training in the near future so that she may be able to give you other options of therapy to reach your goals.
When she's not working, Karn is an avid athlete, with a special passion for playing softball, bowling and tossing horseshoes.
Debra Accetta ~ Massage Therapist
Debra Accetta graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan and continues to evolve her love for massage through various schools of healing.
Debra offers Myomassology massage; ranging from a gentle relaxing unwinding Cranial Massage, a traditional Swedish to Athletic muscles sports' massage, Hot Stone, Thai, Sinus openings, lymphatic drainage, to Deep Tissue: acupressure, reflexology, shiatsu, Thai, Lomi Lomi, neuromuscular, A holistic approach to encompass the field of Healing and Reparative Balance, thorough, yet sublime, an unwinding massage allows spinal fluids to reincorporate the innate intelligence of MIND/BODY/SPIRIT to allow for maximum healing to occur.
Families are welcome: first time teen massage, pre-natal, differently abled individuals, individuals dedicated to health renewal.

Meagan Hatfield ~ Zumba / Zumba Toning Instructor
Meagan discovered Zumba in 2009 and since taking her first class she found the soonest workshop to become a licensed Zumba instructor. She was hooked! Meagan absolutely LOVEs teaching Zumba and sharing the party with others. If you are looking for a fun, high-energy, calorie burning workout to the hottest tunes out there, come check out her classes! No dance experience necessary. All levels welcome - if you have a heartbeat, you can Zumba! It's excercise in disguise!
So ditch that boring treadmill or elliptical machine and come join the party! You'll even leave with some moves to take out of the gym and onto the dance floor. Come on out, get fit and have fun doing it! She hopes to see you soon in class so we can get the party started!!
Kara Brandemuehl ~ Certified TURBO Kick Instructor
Kara has been participating in group fitness classes for several years and she loves the classes so much, she became a certified instructor so she could share with you!
Kara is currently teaching Turbo Kick, a cardio kickboxing class that can be custom tailored to any fitness level; MRC, a cardio and strength class affiliated with our Thin and Healthy Solutions program; On The Ball, an exercise ball class; Boot Camp, a cardio and strength class that works all muscle groups; and Pump Up, which is a strength class using weights with a bit of cardio.
Kara is excited to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals through all of the classes she teaches.
