Play
Room Policies...
- Parent
or guardian must sign children in and out of the play room
every visit.
- Parent
or guardian must remain on premises at all times and be
readily available
- No
food or drink in the play area.
- Parent
or guardian is responsible for diaper changes and bathroom
breaks.
- Child
must remain in the play area unless accompanied by an adult.
- Engery
Center Fitness Club staff has the discretion to ask you
to take your child home, if they are being aggressive, disruptive
or appear to be ill or feverish.
Unsupervised
Play Room Rules:
- All
of the above rules apply and the parent is responsible for
execution.
- Parent
must sign an unsupervised release of liablity agreement
relinquishing any responsibility of ECFC in the event of
an accident or injury.
- Parent
must report any injury, incident or accident to the ECFC
Management within 24 hours no matter how minor.
- All
children must be potty trained to use the
playroom unsupervised.
- The
parent is responsible for the child's comfort and safety
in the play room and must check on them frequently.
- Parents
are responsible to clean up the playroom after use. All
used toys must be put in the "dirty basket" and
the front desk staff must be notified if additional cleaning
is needed.
